Designing multi-device user interfaces in VR/AR

18 min TED like Talk | Categeory: AR & VR | Target Audience: VR/AR designers and developers, businesses creating applications for VR/AR.

Meetings happen either in person to have a great immersive experience or online to save big on travel and logistics efforts. NuSpace is a combination of both which enables immersive face-face 3D meetings on multiple device using VR/AR.
The biggest challenge in development of such a platform is designing user interface for the popular multiple devices available like Mobile (Google Cardboard), Oculus Rift, Vive, HoloLens, PC, etc. The talk is about our approach to this problem and how we designed our first version. Advanced technology is one of the ways that can enhance the teaching methodology. In the current era, Millennials are adapting to and depending on tech savvy products. Hence, it’s increasingly important to develop new teaching and learning methodology for Language, STEM and Art and Design programs.
